The Northeast Missouri Health Council is a part of the Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN). We have a MTN site in our Edina clinic and have access to the Scotland County Hospital site in Memphis. In our administration building the MTN site is used for administration purposes and CME credited programs.
The Northeast Missouri Telehealth Network was established in 2005 to improve access to high quality primary, specialty and mental health care for the underserved of northeast Missouri. It is also available to provide educational opportunities for health care providers, to further homeland security efforts related to disaster preparedness, to be available in the event of a disaster and to provide research opportunities to clinicians wanting to study telehealth.
